So many children are overweight because of some reasons. One reason is that they eat too much junk food that is high in calories, sugar, and fat. It can make them overweight quickly. It is not good for their health. Another reason is that many children do not get enough exercise. They spend their time to eat too much junk foods. It makes them lazy to do exercise. Genetic is another reason that children become overweight. 

Many children are overweight because of their parents genetic. Because of those reasons, the overweight children should start to live healthy by reducing eating junk food, doing enough exercises, and doing other positive activities.
